I provide mixed ability Hatha yoga classes on Zoom. The class consists of grounding relaxation
posture (Asana) work, breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation. Sessions are suitable for all levels of ability in yoga, from complete beginners to those who are more advanced.
All you need to join is yourself and willingness to be present. A mat is not essential, however, please practise on a comfortable surface that is non-slip and supportive for knees.
I run a public class on a Thursday evening currently operating on a donation basis, via Paypal.
Private sessions are also currently being provided online.
All sessions are recorded and the link can be sent for an additional contribution. The link stays live for 7 days meaning the class can be practised several times throughout the week!
